  • Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing and contract terms to ensure best value, risk mitigation and compliance.

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business needs.

  • Lead or support negotiations of commercial terms and contracts.

  • Maintain supplier relationships and support performance management and issue resolution.

  • Track contracts, renewals and spend to identify optimization and cost-savings opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to the development and documentation of procurement processes and best practices.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives including tools, reporting and process standardisation.

What you bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management across multiple categories.

  • Experience leading or supporting supplier negotiations and contract reviews.

  • Proven ability to manage the end to end procurement cycle, from requisition to contract and supplier management.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and operate independently.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost savings and efficiencies.

  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g. Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, etc).

  • Growth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially AI.
Relevant Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.

This is a new role.
