Job summary

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is seeking a Business Analyst, IT PMO to support digital, IT and clinical transformation initiatives across SHN. You will partner with Senior Project Managers, clinical programs, and corporate stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements that ensure safe, effective solutions aligned with workflows and privacy standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of business analysis experience.
Experience gathering and documenting complex requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Experience supporting IT, clinical systems (e.g., EMR/Epic) or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead elicitation, documentation and validation of business, clinical and technical requirements.
Develop clear, structured artefacts to support design, procurement and delivery.
Ensure requirements reflect safety, privacy and security principles.
Analyze current workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
Document future-state processes aligned with digital solutions and priorities.
Support business process redesign with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date enterprise and business architectures with new IT initiatives.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams for fit-for-purpose solutions.
Assist with planning, execution and go-live readiness activities.
Contribute to governance, audits and documentation standards.
