**Position Summary**

DNSnetworks is seeking an experienced and strategic **Manager of IT Service Delivery** to lead and oversee our service delivery teams responsible for executing customer projects. This role is critical in ensuring that our solutions—ranging from on-premise IT infrastructure deployments to AI application development—are delivered with excellence, on time, and within scope. The IT Manager for Service Delivery will drive operational efficiencies, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure successful execution of high-value projects across various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring high-quality execution of IT infrastructure deployments, AI application development, cloud optimization, and cybersecurity implementations.

*Project Management Oversight:Establish and enforce project management best practices, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

*Customer Engagement &Satisfaction:Act as a strategic partner to customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective service delivery and ongoing support.

*Team Leadership &Development:Build and mentor a high-performing service delivery team, including project managers, engineers, and technical specialists.

*ProcessOptimization:Develop and refine service delivery methodologies, implementing best practices to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

*Resource Planning &Allocation:Ensure optimal resource allocation across projects to maximize productivity and meet customer demands.

*RiskManagement:*Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of challenges that may impact service delivery timelines or quality.

*Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Work closely with sales, engineering, and customer support teams to align service delivery with business objectives.

*Performance Metrics &Reporting:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

*Continuous Improvement &Innovation:Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.

**Qualifications & Experience**

- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or professional services leadership.

- Proven track record in leading complex technology deployments, including on-premise IT infrastructure and AI application development projects.

- Strong understanding of IT Management, Cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification **required**.

- Excellent leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.

- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution within tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
