We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our IT department, ensuring the alignment of IT strategies with business goals. The IT Manager will oversee technology infrastructure, lead a team of IT professionals, and ensure seamless IT operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As the IT Manager you will:
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and execute IT strategies that support company growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
- Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks, implementing security and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.
Qualifications
As the IT Manager you will bring:
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in network management, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and best practices.
- Experience with IT resource planning and project management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP (preferred).
- Experience in the manufacturing or managed service provider industry (preferred).
