A leading consulting firm is seeking a Management Consultant Level to enhance organizational performance in Victoria, BC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with senior executives and managing multi-discipline teams to drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include leading teams, developing business plans, and facilitating organizational change.
Due to the nature of the services requested, some in-person work will be required. While the services can be primarily conducted remotely, the proposed Consultant should be available to meet with staff and other stakeholders at offices in Victoria, BC. With pre-approval, some travel to other offices may be required.

The Management Consultant Level requires the following skills and experience:
Management Consultants with this experience level are those who can demonstrate in their submitted examples that they have led multi-discipline teams in strategic or complex initiatives to improve organizational performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans from conception to final implementation. They should have at least five years of experience working with senior executive management levels within a government body, such as Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Government Chief Information Officers, and Chief Technology Officers. They should have reported to an executive or senior manager, managed effective working relationships with managers up to and including executive level, and/or had individuals performing functions at a management or senior technical level reporting directly to them.
