Job summary

WSP in Ontario is seeking an intermediate IT Infrastructure Consultant in ICAT to collaborate with a high‑performing team delivering cutting‑edge technology solutions that shape how people experience the built environment.

You will lead IT infrastructure consulting across cabling, networks, and technology systems, manage lifecycles, conduct audits, and translate stakeholder needs into tailored solutions while supporting CAD/Revit deliverables.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT Infrastructure consulting.
Experience with alternative delivery models is a plus.
Background in active networking preferred.
Experience delivering large IT projects with commercial awareness.
Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to obtain PWGSC Level 2 Security Clearance.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

Deliver IT infrastructure consulting across cabling, networks and tech systems.
Provide contract administration for IT cabling and networks.
Conduct physical IT infrastructure audits and provide insights.
Lead projects from concept to closeout, including design and construction phases.
Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather technical needs.
Translate needs into IT infrastructure solutions across technologies.
Draft client-ready specifications using MS Office and related tools.
Review REVIT/AutoCAD drawings and participate in meetings.
