Zusammenfassung

Vancouver Aquarium seeks an IT Manager to lead all information and technology systems, including guest-facing POS, ticketing, AV, networks and servers. You will guide the IT team, set strategic direction, own the annual plan and budget, and partner with HFE properties on shared standards.

Responsibilities include securing systems, backups, DR, and ensuring PCI compliance, while delivering proactive end-user support and training across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive technology experience with 3+ years leading IT staff.
• Experience in complex IT environments with integrated business systems.
• Experience supporting POS, ticketing or revenue systems; hospitality/retail asset.

• Lead IT team; manage annual plan and budget.
• Oversee POS, ticketing, AV and network systems; ensure PCI compliance.
• Coordinate with corporate IT and other properties on standards.
