Department Overview Treasury and Balance Sheet Management plays a critical role in supporting the bank’s financial strength, operational resilience, and regulatory commitments. Our team partners across technology, business, risk, and audit stakeholders to deliver reliable applications, high-quality testing practices, and timely support for reporting, controls, and compliance-related initiatives. We are looking for a curious, hands‑on QA Automation Analyst who brings strong technical testing experience, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and the confidence to help us strengthen how we test, automate, document, and execute audit‑related work end to end.
As a QA Automation Analyst, you will help improve application quality, strengthen regression testing, and support audit readiness across key Treasury and Balance Sheet Management platforms. You will combine automation expertise, data validation skills, and strong follow‑through to help the team deliver with confidence.
Build confidence through automation: Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites using tools such as Java, C#, Selenium, Playwright, and related frameworks to support regression, functional, and application testing.
Validate data with precision: Use strong SQL and NoSQL skills to test, reconcile, and validate data across relational databases and MongoDB, helping identify issues early and clearly communicate findings.
Support audit readiness: Take ownership of audit‑related testing, evidence gathering, follow‑ups, and deadline tracking, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
Improve testing practices: Apply QA best practices, regression planning, JMeter‑based performance testing, defect analysis, and test documentation to improve quality and reduce delivery risk.
Use modern productivity tools: Leverage Excel, Microsoft Copilot, and agent‑based workflows to streamline analysis, reporting, documentation, and day‑to‑day execution.
Own outcomes end to end: Work independently, follow up proactively, collaborate across teams, and support application testing from planning through execution and closure.
This is a permanent hybrid role within Treasury and Balance Sheet Management. You will work four days per week in the office, with flexibility for remote work on the remaining day, based on team needs and business priorities.
You are a self‑starter who is willing to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and take ownership of deadlines. You are comfortable moving work forward independently, following up across teams, and translating technical testing activity into clear evidence, status updates, and outcomes. You bring a quality mindset, strong attention to detail, and a practical interest in using modern tools such as Copilot and agents to work smarter.
