Job Purpose

Responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
  2. Transform business requirements and research into effective delivery solutions that meet performance goals.
  3. Aim for defect-free programming, create and maintain quality code, support testing cycles and post-deployment, and participate in peer code reviews.
  4. Contribute to project planning, estimations, and status updates.
  5. Identify issues, develop and maintain processes to resolve them, and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
  6. Help with enhancements and troubleshooting.
  7. Configure and develop custom components with technology partners to meet requirements and goals.
  8. Ensure applications are free of common coding vulnerabilities and follow security best practices.
  9. Proactively suggest ideas that align with project objectives.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
  11. Follow health and safety regulations.
  12. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  1. Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in .NET and VB development.
  4. Experience with web development, HTML, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, Node.js, Express.
  5. Experience with database management systems.
  6. Power BI experience preferred.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
