Job description

Are you passionate about communicating and teaching technical knowledge to customers? We are looking for a motivated Customer Onboarding Specialist (Bilingual French and English) to join our team in Canada and help us become the leading email security provider in the region. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Montréal, QC. We are looking to fill it as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting our sales team in customer projects.
  2. Ensuring a successful onboarding process of our services for customers.
  3. Assisting with configuration steps of our services.
  4. Holding presentations about Hornetsecurity Services.
  5. Participating in technical aspects of tenders.
  6. Assisting support staff with complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • An IT education and/or relevant industry certifications such as vendor qualifications.
  • Professional experience in IT systems administration/support/help desk/onboarding/presales or IT solutions consulting, preferably in IT security or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to convincingly present Hornetsecurity Services to customers in web meetings and presentations.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
