The City of Thunder Bay is seeking an IT Client Services Assistant to provide frontline support for corporate information systems. You will handle Tier 1 calls, assist with software installations, and help maintain system documentation and user training materials.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Manager - IT Client Services and the technical guidance of Help Desk Analyst II, provides client support relating to Corporate information systems. Key responsibilities include ownership of client queries regarding Corporate-supported software and computing platforms, continual professional and courteous communication, Corporate backups, standard software installations, asset management, and end-user IT training.
