QuadReal Property Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the Corporate Systems team, supporting our suite of applications. The role involves maximizing organizational performance through implementing, improving, and maintaining cutting-edge tools and processes. Responsibilities include assisting with system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where creative problem-solving is essential.

This position will work closely with the business on the corporate systems product roadmap, platform enhancements, and maintenance. Key duties include analyzing business requirements, reviewing system capabilities, workflows, and limitations, and ensuring smooth operations across teams.

IT Business Analyst – Corporate Systems

Title: IT Business Analyst

Department: Enterprise Solutions

Reports To: Team Lead, Corporate Systems

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Team Lead and cross-functional teams to develop and execute a multi-year product roadmap for corporate systems, including supporting new module implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Define and document business, functional, and operational requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
• Support system redesign activities by interpreting business needs and assessing impacts of changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve business efficiencies and optimize system use.
• Assist in creating business cases, ROI analyses, and project documentation.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate system changes and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide support to resolve day-to-day system issues for users.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with real estate/property management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvements.
• Knowledge of workflow/process design and change management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Results-oriented, collaborative, and detail-focused.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience with CRM platforms like MS Dynamics or HubSpot is acceptable.
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification is advantageous.
• Additional certifications (CBPP, CBAP) are a plus.
• Experience with IT Service Management platforms and enterprise SaaS environments is beneficial.

The annualized base salary range is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and other factors. QuadReal offers a comprehensive rewards package including incentives, health & dental benefits, pension, and paid time off.
