The City of St. Albert is recruiting an individual to join our Information Technology department as an IT Business Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, IT Projects and Business Relationship Management, you will lead business analysis activities for projects and strategic initiatives by facilitating engagement with cross‑functional teams of internal and external stakeholders. You will also collaborate with staff at a variety of levels across the organization to understand business processes, functions, and capabilities and to identify solutions that address business requirements.
This position will support the Next Generation 9‑1‑1 and Enterprise Maintenance Management and Asset Management projects, working alongside the project team to assist in the implementation of these systems.
We offer a compressed bi‑weekly work schedule of 72 hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00, with a biweekly regular day off (RDO).
This is a term position until December 31, 2028, with the possibility of an extension.
