Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist to safeguard and optimize our technology landscape across Canada. You will manage core communications, monitor environments, and support on-premises, hosted, and Azure services to ensure continuity and security.

With a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and Microsoft technologies, you will help align technology initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise service and hosting solutions.
• Experience with private/public cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop, laptops, and Windows networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and business applications.
• Analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise information systems to maintain availability, reliability, and security.
• Oversee technology asset lifecycle and data to support informed decisions.
• Provide accurate technology asset data for business units.
• Manage vendor relationships to align with standards and compliance.
• Support long-term technology planning through capacity analysis.
• Coordinate software license compliance and audits.
