Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada & Bermuda Territory seeks a Director of Managed IT Services to scale and standardize IT service delivery across the region. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT or business; Master’s degree is an asset.
Minimum 10 years experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and strategic IT roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead territory-wide Managed IT Services strategies and governance.
Align technology investments with organizational priorities and mission outcomes.
Partner with divisional leaders to identify needs and drive measurable value.
Oversee delivery and adoption of technology initiatives across dispersed teams.
