Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Montreal seeks an IT Applications Manager to lead and coordinate major corporate and cross-functional banking systems across the Americas. You will supervise production support, development, and maintenance teams, aligning strategic IT initiatives with business needs.

The role requires deep domain knowledge in finance and risk, strong leadership, and bilingual communication (English/French). Hybrid work model in Montreal with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of Finance, Risk reporting, Commercial Banking and Compliance.
• Experience leading production support, developments and system maintenance.
• Experience managing a multi-discipline staff of functional and technical resources.
• Experience in outsourcing model and supervising a team onshore and offshore.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Assign personnel to projects, direct activities and ensure reporting.
• Coordinate with on-shore/off-shore teams, third parties or Head Office for major projects.
• Provide input to general architecture (hardware, software, infrastructure).
• Advise other departments on systems and procedures.
• Develop relations with business stakeholders supported by CBTS in the Americas.
• Improve environment to enhance quality, time-to-deliver, and cost.
• Ensure system integrity and 24/7 support when required.
• Supervise installation of new services and integrate with existing systems.
• Address issues per defined procedures and conduct feasibility studies and system designs.
• Ensure processes: Change management, Incident management, Problem management, Knowledge management, Demand management, Obsolescence management, Operational Controls.
