Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in risk management, internal audit, controls, or governance.
• Strong understanding of issue management frameworks and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Three Lines of Defence model and governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Review and assure quality of issue records and their lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate issue description, root cause, and risk alignment.
• Validate that treatment decisions have audit-defensible rationale.
• Monitor issue progress, timelines, and remediation plans.
• Provide guidance on issue management standards and escalation when needed.
