Job summary

Denison Mines Corp. in Canada is seeking a Wellfield Manager to lead the construction and operation of the ISR wellfield at the Phoenix Project.

This site-based leadership role oversees construction activities, contractors, personnel, costs, schedules, and the transition of wellfield assets into operations. You will coordinate drilling, completion, surface infrastructure, and production systems, manage budgets and safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or geological field.
• P. Eng or P.Geo designation and eligibility for registration in Saskatchewan.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in wellfield development, construction, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of wellfield construction activities (drilling, completion, surface infra).
• Lead wellfield personnel and contractors to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Develop and implement commissioning and turnover plans for assets to Operations.
• Monitor progress, costs, schedules, and contractor performance.
• Provide technical guidance on wellfield development, maintenance, and production activities.
