Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a senior Finance partner to drive performance for ISG GTM leadership at the Morrisville, NC HQ. This role focuses on forecasting, profitability, and strategic decision support, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days in the office.

The candidate will bring 8+ years in finance, strong data storytelling, and collaboration across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product, and Finance to influence outcomes and accelerate modernization using analytics and AI-enabled tools.

• Serve as the trusted Finance partner to ISG ISO GTM leadership.

• Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Champion finance modernization through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant, hands‑on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles.
• Located near, or willing to relocate to the Morrisville NC North American HQ with expectation of Hybrid 3 days in the office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication style with ability to influence executive leadership through financial acumen, data insights and storytelling.
• Proven experience in Business Finance, FP&A, GTM Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed environment. Ability to work flexibly across time zones, including early morning or evening calls as needed to support global stakeholders
• Technology and data savvy, with a passion for leveraging AI and digital tools to elevate finance impact.
