Global Finance Talent Program (GFTP)

Role Overview

The Global Finance Talent Program is a three-year development program designed for early-career finance professionals. Participants complete three 12-month rotations across different areas of Lenovo Finance while gaining experience in financial analysis, planning, accounting, pricing, and business strategy.

The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, training, and global exposure to help participants build the skills needed for future opportunities within Lenovo Finance.

What You’ll Do

Complete three 12-month rotations across different Finance teams.

Analyze financial and business performance and provide insights to support decisions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost management.

Gain experience in areas such as FP&A, pricing, accounting, audit, group control, and Finance Centers of Excellence.

Use data, analytics, AI tools, and financial systems to improve reporting and processes.

Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Work with teams and business leaders across Lenovo globally.

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiency.
