Acuren is seeking CWB Level 1 and Level 2 Inspectors to support our Spring turnaround at our client site CNRL in Fort McMurray, AB. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you!

Start Date: Sept 14, 2026. Rotation 6/1, 12 hour shifts. IRATA Certification required. Fly-in/Fly-out from Edmonton or Calgary with camp accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• CWB Level 1 or 2 Inspector certification is required.
• IRATA Certification required or willingness to relocate.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.1, VIII.Div.1, IX, II, CSA W47.1 and W59.3 is an asset.
• Knowledge of NDT methods (x-ray/radiographic, mag-particle, liquid penetrant) is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to recognize discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Observes work in progress to ensure conformance with requirements and workmanship.
• Inspects process piping, power piping and structures from material verification to final commissioning.
• Evaluates test and inspection reports and recommends acceptance or rejection.
• Reviews Work Scope Packages.
• Reads and interprets construction drawings and specifications.
