Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Ontario certification is required.
• Infection control cert or enrollment in course within 2 years is preferred.
• VSC with TSA-acceptable results required in last 3 months.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray in last 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPAC surveillance and implement MOHLTC standards.
• Oversee IPAC program delivery and staff education.
• Coordinate quarterly IPAC team meetings and outbreak response.
