Job summary

Caressant Care in Ontario is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator / Infection Prevention and Control Lead (RCC/IPAC) for our St. Thomas location. You will lead resident care coordination while overseeing IPAC practices to safeguard residents and staff.

The role requires an Ontario RPN certificate, IPAC training or willingness to complete, CIC certification, and demonstrated leadership. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ontario RPN Certificate of Competence.
• IPAC course (or willingness to take the course).
• CIC certification required or willingness to take the course.
• Proven leadership, teaching, critical thinking and administrative abilities.
• Familiar with WHMIS regulations and able to complete WHMIS test.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
