Qualifikationen

• Licensed to practice in Ontario or British Columbia.
• 4–5 years of IP litigation experience focusing on copyright and/or trademarks.
• Strong litigation, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Federal Court experience is an asset.

• 4-5 years of IP litigation experience, with a focus on copyright and/or trademarks
• Strong litigation, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Federal Court experience is an asset
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with senior counsel
