Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to advance native iOS applications for a major retail client. You will design, develop, and maintain iOS apps using Swift, integrate APIs, and ensure performance, security, and accessibility across devices.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams, mentoring juniors and promoting best practices throughout the SDLC. This role focuses on delivering reliable, scalable, and engaging user experiences.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative mobile applications used by millions of customers, helping deliver seamless, reliable, and engaging experiences across iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using modern development practices and architectural principles.
• Take ownership of software quality, performance, and scalability, ensuring applications are reliable and aligned with technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver customer-focused features and enhancements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop proof of concepts, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to technical solutioning for new initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices through knowledge sharing and code reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and team efficiency.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
