Job summary

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Investments to support Financial Planners and improve client outcomes. You will assist with investment transactions, analyze client files, and identify opportunities for referrals and solutions.

Qualifications

High school diploma (or college diploma) with relevant experience.
Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license or certification within 3 months of hire.
Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
Basic investment knowledge.
Experience in administrative support and processing investment products.
Proficient with IT tools and comfortable using digital tools.
Ability to manage several requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Optimize client interactions on technical, administrative and operational aspects of investments.
Use advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files.
Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
Ensure compliance with processes and with new features implementation.
Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
