Role Overview: The Investment Specialist processes investment transactions and trades accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing received applications to meet SLAs
• Communicating with advisors for missing info/signatures
• Entering applications into WealthServ system
• Ensuring adherence to processes to mitigate LOIs
• Email confirmation of wire orders
• Completing transactions and trades on WealthServ
• Follow-up on transfers and updates in WealthServ
• Responding to email inquiries
• Working with back-office systems and carrier websites
• Performing tasks with some autonomy
• Contributing to team performance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investment products
• At least 1 year experience in insurance/financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of WealthServ is a plus
• Post-secondary education or equivalent

The salary range is $44,700 - $67,000 annually, excluding bonuses or commissions. Further details about total compensation will be discussed if selected.
