Job summary

PICTON Investments is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Associate to contribute to sustainable growth. You will prospect and expand our advisor base, support a Retail Sales VP with strategic plans, and drive opportunities in Canada.

You’ll operate in a hybrid setup across Calgary/Edmonton, with equity ownership options and a strong benefits program. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in financial services or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow the advisor base using consultative sales approaches.
• Support the Vice President, Retail Sales to develop business plans.
• Help identify opportunities for sales growth within assigned territories.
• Meet and exceed activity targets through meetings, calls, and emails.
• Provide proactive support to Wholesalers and coordinate follow-up.
• Maintain records in CRM with detailed notes on interactions.
• Track leads in opportunities sales funnel and share insights in team meetings.
