Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process investment transactions and trades accurately and on time.
• Scrub applications to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Communicate with advisors to obtain missing information and signatures.
• Enter applications into the WealthServ system and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up on LOI requirements and maintain current data in WealthServ.
• Respond to inquiries and work with back-office systems and carrier sites.
