The Opportunity
Our associate program aims to develop the skills necessary for a successful investment banking career and future leadership. You will receive formal and on-the-job training, increasing responsibilities, and exposure to numerous transactions. Your Contribution
As part of the advisory team, you'll handle increasing responsibilities, directly impacting clients and the firm.

Your Role Will Include

  1. Participating in equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments.
  2. Developing complex financial models, including macros and VBA programming.
  3. Managing due diligence processes and third-party advisors.
  4. Developing asset valuations using various approaches.
  5. Preparing client presentations and participating in discussions.
  6. Evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing investments.
  7. Researching potential opportunities and providing sector, industry, and geographic insights.
  8. Maintaining marketing materials and creating pitch decks for potential clients.

Note: As part of a high-performing team, additional hours may be required beyond standard workdays or weeks.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant fields with a minimum GPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0.
  • At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, independence, and a desire for responsibility.
  • Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly.
  • Resilience and effective teamwork skills.
