Job summary

Canaccord Genuity Corp. in Vancouver is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team.

You will support Investment Advisors in building a sustainable client relationships and wealth management business, processing and confirming client transactions, and maintaining accurate account lists. Responsibilities include dealing with clients, providing quotes, executing trading orders, processing documentation, servicing existing clients, and supporting marketing

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Investment Representative (IR) or Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management or related role.
• Strong communication, organization and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Advisors with processing and confirming client transactions.
• Deal directly with clients, provide quotes and execute trading orders.
• Maintain account lists and compile reports.
• Process and follow-up on client documentation for account maintenance.
• Assist with servicing existing clients and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.
