Job summary

Canaccord Genuity Corp. is seeking a full-time Investment Associate to join Lori Pinkowski’s downtown Vancouver team. You will support discretionary portfolios, assist with trade execution, rebalancing, account administration, and client communications in a fast-paced, investment-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a CIRO license (CSC/CPH), 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring and updating proprietary model portfolios.

• Maintain updates on economic and market conditions for the PM.
• Prepare investment notes and client communications.
• Assist in client communications on market conditions and inquiries.
• Handle portfolio administration and client account tasks.
• Support bulk trading and ensure proper documentation.
