Job description

Green Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking an Investment Associate for a $580m t/o recycling giant for their new offices based in Mayfair, London.

The role:

• Sourcing, screening and evaluating business plans
• Summarising opportunities into one page so that business/investment decisions can be made quickly and easily
• Conducting commercial enterprise diligence, preparation of teasers and investments
• Leading financial and legal diligence
• Leading deal documentation leading to a successful closure
• Carefully monitoring and guiding portfolio groups following their development
• Fortifying the Group's brand by actively enticing with the early level environment including corporations and other investors
• Contribute to media/press releases and articles
• Contribute to and share knowledge both internally and externally

The ideal person:

• A candidate with multi-sector exposure and knowledge, financial statement analysis and financial & investment modelling, preparation of investment memo
• Has the ability to network with the early-stage/start-up ecosystem
• Must have proven investment track record and handled end to end of the investment process
• Report writing skills – assessing projects and summarising reports
• Has the ability to see growth and potential in companies and developing markets
• Exceptional analytical and presentation skills
• Must be a team player
• Experience working independently with minimum supervision
• Strongly focused, demonstrating exceptional dedication, focus, and quality of work/timely deliverables
