Job description

Job Title: Investment Finance Associate

• Support the investment finance team with the month-end close process.
• Analyze and provide performance return information (e.g., IRR, total return).
• Collaborate with portfolio fund managers and provide necessary analysis.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to support specific transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment for financial reporting.
• Assist with quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and prepare presentations for senior management.
• Assist with cash management and cash flow forecasting.
• Work with the investment accounting team to compile monthly position reports.

About You

• University degree; accounting designation preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience; CPA / CFA designation preferred.
• Experience in investment finance, asset management, or fund reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior management.

Pay Rate

$40 per hour
