Job summary

WIS International in Kelowna, BC, is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead a team of Inventory Associates and deliver world-class service to our clients daily. You will supervise staff, coordinate counts, and build strong customer relationships.

You’ll work a varied schedule, travel to customer locations, and participate in training to advance to promotional opportunities within a global leader in inventory services.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills.
• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
• Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.
• Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.
