Job summary

WIS International is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead a team, deliver service excellence to customers, and build strong client relationships. The role requires supervisory experience, leadership capability, and a hands-on management style.

Travel to customer locations is expected, with a varied schedule and ongoing training. Salary starts at $20.25/hour and increases based on performance and completion of training.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills.
• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Have a desire to learn the business and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.

Salary Starting at: $20.25/hour

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise and lead a team of Inventory Associates.
• Provide world class service to both new and existing customers.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Count inventory as part of a team when not supervising or engaged in other responsibilities.
• Work a varied schedule and travel to our customers locations.

We are looking for someone with the following combination of Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent supervisory experience an asset.
• Leadership and Training skills.
• Retail or Warehouse experience an asset.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High level of computer literacy.

This is an hourly paid position with increases based on performance and completion of our training curriculum.
