About this team
The Global Planning team, part of the product department, manages inventory efficiently. They collaborate with regional teams to understand product trends, regional preferences, and logistics. They monitor inventory levels, average unit retail, and costs regularly, analyzing trends to optimize inventory, ensure accurate projections, and mitigate risks. The goal is to protect the guest experience, maintain strong inventory control, and support profitable growth.
A day in the life:
Reporting to the Global Inventory Planning Manager, this role analyzes key costing elements such as Duty, Freight, and FOB, identifies trends, and understands variances against forecasts. The candidate will work with the finance team to leverage historical data for projections and forecasts, and collaborate with regional teams to review and validate sales & receipts AUR, analyzing trends and addressing discrepancies.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical salary range is $96,800-$127,100 annually, based on market, experience, and internal factors. Benefits include bonuses, health and dental coverage, paid time off, retirement matching, parental support, development courses, mentorship, and leadership programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility and company policies.
Workplace arrangement
This role requires in-person work, with a minimum of 4 days onsite per week, to foster collaboration and connection as per our SSC Workplace Policy.
