Job summary

Kepler Communications is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy across production and warehouse operations. You will work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Receiving, and Engineering to ensure transactions are accurate and materials are properly tracked.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite is an asset).
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Strong understanding of inventory control best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.
• Perform daily inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Perform kitting of highly sensitive integrated circuits for assembly of circuit boards by Contract Manufacturers.
• Execute cycle counts and support annual physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Coordinate material movement between receiving, warehouse, production, contract manufacturers and engineering.
