Job summary

Pro Golf Liquidators in Garson, Ontario is seeking an Inventory Manager & Online Store Developer to oversee brick-and-mortar inventory and grow the online store. You will manage stock, optimize listings, and drive e-commerce growth with digital merchandising and SEO.

Reporting to the owner, this role blends hands-on inventory control with store development, requiring initiative, attention to detail, and comfort with technology to enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in inventory management, retail operations, e-commerce, or a related field.
Experience building, managing, or maintaining an online store.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with inventory management software, spreadsheets, and online business tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze inventory and sales data to make informed business decisions.
Understanding of product photography, digital merchandising, SEO, and online marketing is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, organizing, storing, and tracking merchandise.
Maintain accurate inventory records across in-store and online sales channels.
Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover and product availability.
Conduct regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, and discrepancies.
Develop and maintain efficient inventory management procedures.
Ensure merchandise is properly priced, labelled, organized, and presented.
Monitor inventory performance and prepare reports on stock levels, sales trends, and product movement.
Coordinate inventory between physical retail operations and the online store to minimize errors and overselling.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Pro Golf Liquidators online store.
Manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, specifications, photographs, and availability.
Ensure products are accurately categorized and easy for customers to find.
Create an attractive, user-friendly online shopping experience across desktop and mobile devices.
Implement strategies to increase online traffic, customer engagement, and sales.
Monitor online orders and coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and customer communications.
Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, checkout processes, and overall customer experience.
Assist with search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, online promotions, and seasonal sales campaigns.
Monitor e-commerce performance and recommend improvements based on sales data and customer behaviour.

Pro Golf Liquidators is a golf retail and recreation business located in Garson, Ontario, serving golfers throughout the Greater Sudbury and Northern Ontario region. Compensation

Compensation and benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates and will reflect the successful candidate’s experience, technical skills, and ability to contribute to the growth of Pro Golf Liquidators overall sales. Compensation will be salary based with strong commission potential that could see the successful candidate earn a very good wage.

$60k within required and standardefforts, up to $100k+with a person that develops our online store as the role will be tied to online sales.
