Job summary

1Click Energy Solutions in Corner Brook is seeking a dependable Warehouse Attendant to organize inventory, receive shipments, and prepare materials for heat pump installations. You will work with technicians and contractors to ensure materials are available and properly stored, contributing to efficient field operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on environment where priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material-handling experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with heat pumps and installation materials is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an asset; willingness to obtain certification may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify that deliveries match purchase orders and packing slips.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including heat pumps, installation materials, electrical supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installations and service appointments.
• Coordinate the distribution and pickup of materials by technicians and installation contractors.
• Track inventory levels, identify low-stock items, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and safely moving equipment and materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Monitor tools and equipment, helping ensure items are accounted for and properly stored.
• Assist with returns, warranty items, and the organization of unused or surplus materials.
