Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in business, supply chain, logistics, or administration is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in an inventory, data entry, yard clerk, or administrative role within a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environment (wood/lumber/building products industry experience is a bonus).

Responsibilities

• Enter daily inventory transactions in SAP with accuracy.
• Process inventory receivings, stock adjustments, and transfers to support yard and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate RTVs, vendor disputes, and invoice verification to support accounts payable.
• Maintain organized documentation for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
