Job summary

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, materials management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain functions.
• Experience within manufacturing, metals, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory controls, reconciliations, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all material categories.
• Monitor inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of material movements, consumption, adjustments, and transfers.
• Coordinate cycle counts, physical inventories, and month-end inventory activities.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Identify and resolve inventory variances and process gaps.
• Support financial inventory reconciliation and audit requirements.
