Job summary

NFI seeks an Inventory Control Lead in Bolton, Ontario to supervise daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, audits and reconciliations, aligning with service and cost objectives. You will report to the Inventory Control Supervisor and help drive accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements include 1 year in inventory management or warehouse operations, experience with SAP/Oracle/WMS, and strong organizational and communication skills. Base hourly pay is $25.00.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cycle counts, slot audits and reconciliation between systems.
• Maintains records to accurately track recouped products and return saleable stock.
• Provides training and support on inventory processes, systems, and best practices.
• Implements and enforces best practices for inventory control to streamline workflow.
