Grainger Canada is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our hybrid team in Thornhill/Markham, ON. You will drive inventory planning and improve stocking policies while partnering with Supply Chain to meet service goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business, 2+ years in supply chain, and strong SQL/Power BI skills. SAP/APO experience is a plus; Python is welcome. Competitive base salary with incentive and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years experience in Supply Chain is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI (or equivalent) is required; Python experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory planning processes and policies.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to develop stocking strategies.
• Maintain item master data and categorization for stocking decisions.
• Generate system recommendations for stock level changes across the network.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare management reports.
• Ensure proper recording of discretionary inventory investments.
