Knowledge of GD&T standards (ASME Y14.5)

Specialist - 3D Interoperability & Digital Manufacturing Transformation This is a full-time assignment within the MB-DMI (Model-Based Definition, Manufacturing & Inspection) team, part of the Quality organization. MB-DMI is a transformation initiative focused on implementing 3D model-based processes and technologies and integrating automation into product definition, manufacturing, and quality inspection activities. Cutting-edge technologies such as 3D scanning, high-precision CMMs, and other advanced solutions are leveraged as part of this transformation. The initiative aims to significantly improve delivery times, quality, costs, and overall engine performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and industrializing new processes related to the manufacturing and inspection of parts, leveraging a model-based approach. The position is based at Plant 1 in Longueuil, Quebec, and requires working on-site. Occasional domestic and international travel will be required.
