You will convert online inquiries into loyal customers and collaborate with sales teams in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and digital inquiries.
• Manage CRM lead processes and customer follow-up.
• Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits and test drives.
• Build relationships with customers through phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Work closely with sales consultants and management to maximize lead conversion.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Monitor lead sources and performance metrics.
• Ensure online customers receive a luxury-level experience aligned with BMW standards.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and inventory merchandising when needed.
