Laidlaw Carriers Van is seeking experienced Class 1 Highway Company Drivers based in Halifax, NS. You will haul Dry Van freight across Canada and the United States, with 24/7 operations and typical 7–10 days on the road at a time.

We value safety, reliability, and strong communication from professional drivers, offering steady year-round freight and cross-border support.

Qualifications

• AZ licence or Class 1 required.
• Minimum 2 years Canada/USA driving experience.
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract; clean criminal record check.

• Complete dispatch-assigned work efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Requirements

• ValidAZ licence or Class 1
• Minimum 2 years of verified Canada/USA driving experience
• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
• Clean criminal record check(required for cross-border travel)
• Must be willing and able totravel into the United States regularly
• Comfortable beingout in the truck 7-10 consecutive days per week
• FAST Card preferred
