Summary
Reporting directly to the Group President, the International Business Strategy and Planning Analyst (“IBA”) is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys understanding how businesses work, solving complex problems, and helping leaders make better decisions.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategy development, business analysis, financial insight, and project execution. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, helping to assess business performance, develop recommendations, and support strategic initiatives.

You enjoy digging into data to understand what is really driving business results, asking thoughtful questions, and turning insights into practical recommendations. You're comfortable working in a changing environment and able to successfully balance multiple priorities in situations where the answers are not always clear. Compensation Range: CAD $100,000 – $135,000
The provided range represents the anticipated base salary and target incentive for this position. The final total compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
