CROWN Auto Group is seeking a Parts Shipper/Receiver at our Winnipeg Honda Dealership in Waverly Automall. This hands-on, fast-paced role supports inventory, parts ordering, and service to technicians, with strong growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a shipper/receiver will be an asset.
• Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Routinely walking, standing, bending for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive parts orders and verify shipping documentation
• Track, organize, and manage inventory, including correcting discrepancies and negative on-hand counts
• Fulfill parts requests for technicians in a timely manner
• Track core charges and follow up on returns
• Explain the benefits of OEM parts when interacting with customers
• Interact professionally with retail, wholesale, and internal customers
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and is looking for long-term growth within the automotive industry. Our Shipper/Receivers work closely with our Parts teams and become highly familiar with our inventory, processes, and systems. This role offers strong development opportunities into other positions within the organization.
