Job summary

CROWN Auto Group is hiring a Parts Shipper/Receiver at our Winnipeg Honda dealership to support shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and timely parts fulfillment for technicians.

The role suits a candidate with 1–2 years of shipper/receiver experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid computer abilities; a valid driver’s license and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a shipper/receiver.
• Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Routinely walking, standing, bending for up to 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive parts orders and verify shipping documentation
• Track, organize, and manage inventory, including correcting discrepancies and negative on‑hand counts
• Fulfill parts requests for technicians in a timely manner
• Track core charges and follow up on returns
• Explain the benefits of OEM parts when interacting with customers
• Interact professionally with retail, wholesale, and internal customers
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Our Shipper/Receivers work closely with our Parts teams and become highly familiar with our inventory, processes, and systems.
